You can buy small quantity. We provide flexible quantity choice options for our customers. The smallest quantities we sell comes in a set of 10 bags. Please check specific product pages for information on the number of bags you can buy per product.

Lead times for branded products can be 1-2 weeks from the date of artwork approval.

All our food paper bag products are certified for food use.

We offer a 7-day cooling off period, during which you can return any stock items that you are not completely satisfied with for a refund or exchange. The 7-day period starts from the date of supply.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include customised products made to order and opened food contact material packaging , this list is not exhaustive. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If you receive any faulty or damaged items, please contact our customer service team immediately on 089 2172191 as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement, or refund.

To avoid any issues, we kindly ask you to carefully read the product description and check sizes before making your purchase.
Please note that we are only liable to pay postage where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs.

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over €80 ex VAT.

We offer a “click and collect” option at checkout in case you want to collect your order in a hurry or want to avoid delivery fees. Your order can be collected from our Portlaoise Office  during our opening hours (10am – 5pm) Monday to Friday.

For orders over €80 we offer free delivery!

A flat €9 delivery fee is applied at checkout to all paper bag and packaging deliveries in Ireland (both Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). This delivery fee is standard for all order sizes, no matter the number of items.

We estimate a 2-3 working day delivery time. Our courier will require a signature as proof of delivery. We also provide next day delivery option with our express delivery service.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same they are received so if you need to change the delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. The delivery address can be changed as long as changes are made before dispatch.

If you have received something you haven’t ordered, please Contact Us and we’ll arrange a collection.
